Installation of Morix Chat


The client in order to have this application must follow some steps that are:

  • First must register by filling all the fields required and after that to log in own account.
  • In own account the client must choose the widget options . The client can choose the widget type that can be Inline,Popup or Own Method.
  • After that the client can choose the language of the widget which can be Default, English or Albania.
  • If choose Default then browser will set the languages that client has used more often even if during the use can change it .
  • Also the client can choose and the language of the widget which is Black, Blue, Gray or Yellow .
  • After filling the widget options the client must click on the button Generate Widget Code and after that must click on the generated code to be copied .
  • Copied code pasted in the code of your website in order to work Morix Chat.

    The generated code must be pasted in that way in your website code:

    /* paste here the code in your website, before closing body tag */
  • The client can manage the agents by adding or removing them who will response to different users in a real time .
  • Also the client can click on the refresh option in order to see the changes and to check if the agents are online or the time and date they have entered for the last time.
  • If a user send a message and no agent is online then the client will be notifyed by e-mail that there is e new message and no agent is online .
  • The client can update own data and change the language .


This application will use and agent that wil have some different functions. Some of functions that agent will have are:

  • The agent also has own account.
  • Can see the data of message which are the website that is sent the message, the name of the sender, the subject and the time when the message is sent.
  • Search for the messages that are sent in different periods of time .
  • Can update own data and change the language.
  • Read and response messages sent by different users.
  • Can change the status in online or offline.
